Returns and Refunds Policy

We want all our customers to be completely happy with both the service and products they receive from Absolutely Charming.

If you are dissatisfied with any product from us, please return them, in their original packaging within 7 working days stating your reason for doing so.

On receipt of your goods, we will happily give you a full refund or replacement goods, should your order have been faulty. Refunds cannot be accepted if they are in an un-saleable condition.

We recommend that you use either Royal Mails 'Recorded Delivery' or 'Special Delivery' service in the UK, or 'International Signed For' service outside the UK, to cover you for any items lost in the post.

Privacy Policy

We record only your delivery details and sufficient contact information to enable us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We do not hold your payment / card details, this is all handled securely by PayPal.
